Media roundtable: The US-North Korea summit & immigrant families separated at the border

On this week's media roundtable, we'll discuss the North Korea-US summit. Journalist Tim Shorrock reports that the media response portrays a cynical disregard for South Korea. We'll also look at coverage of the thousands of children being kept in immigrant detention centers. Those numbers are sky-rocketing in this new era of so-called zero-tolerance of border crossings. Many have been separated from their families. On Wednesday, a few journalists were invited in to see a former Walmart that is now a shelter in Brownsville, Texas. We'll find out how these kids being treated, and what level of transparency will be the new norm.
